JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Mohammad Babar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notice for opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.2 and 3 have been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 19.12.2017, whereby the inter district transfer sought by the petitioner in compliance of order of this Court has been rejected on the ground that the District Basic Education Officer, Hardoi is not the Competent Authority to pass such type of order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for inter district transfer, to the best of knowledge of the petitioner, the Competent Authority is the District Basic Education Officer concerned.
Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
