JUDGMENT / ORDER

A suit has been filed for permanent injunction. In the said suit an application under O.39 R.1 and 2 CPC was also filed. The said application is being listed for consideration right from 2010 but till date no order has been passed.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observations that the court below may consider the application as well as proceed with the suit in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
