JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the disputes have been settled and no further intervention of this Court is required. Counsel prays for leave to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. A letter has also been addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) in this regard.
2. The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
