It is stated that both petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage before out of their own sweet and free will. It is also stated that private respondents are interfering with marital life and liberty of the petitioners.
The girl belongs to Gujrat State. it is stated that on 10th July, 2018 they have got married at Durga Mandir ( Kali Dham) Kapsethi, Varanasi who has also not given any marriage certificate to the said effect. Petitioners have not filed any photographs of their marriage.
In view of the above, I do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of protection. Dismissed.
