JUDGMENT / ORDER

A.M.Shaffique, J. The petitioner, who is managing a college, has approached this Court seeking police protection. The complaint was regarding the action of the party respondent in obstructing the functioning of the college.
2. Respondents 4 to 6 are members of political organization, who created strike and other obstructions and the complaint of the petitioner was that the conduct of classes was being prevented by them by unlawful means and by obstructing the ingress and egress to the college.
3. An interim order had been passed by this Court on 19.08.2013 directing the police to ensure that no obstruction is being caused for the smooth functioning of -:2:-
W.P.(C). No.19776 of 2013 the college. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even now some obstruction is being caused in the matter.
4. Having regard to the fact that the no incident has been reported after the interim order came into force, we do not find any necessity to issue direction as sought for in the writ petition. However, we only observe that if any further complaint is raised by the petitioner, the respondent police shall look into the matter and do the needful.
This Writ Petition is closed accordingly.
