Sri Girijesh Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No 2 to grant prior permission for filling up the 01 vacant posts of Class IV employee in the institution in question forthwith or within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) issue any other suitable and proper order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(iii) award cost of the writ petition to the petitioners."
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has submitted representations which are dated 27.11.2018 and 26.2.2019, however, the request made in the representations have not been acceded to.
Learned Standing counsel appearing for the State submits that the matter may be examined by the 2nd respondent within the time framed as provided by this Court.
In the circumstances aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that there is no impediment in disposing of the writ petition by directing respondent no.2 to consider the request of the petitioners for filling up vacant class IV posts in the institution, in accordance with law, Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to pass a speaking order on the application of the petitioners dated 27.11.2018 and 26.2.2019 after calling for relevant report from the District Inspector of Schools, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith copy of the applications dated 27.11.2018 and 26.2.2019 along with copy of writ petition..
