The first petitioner is Principal of Sri Ajeet Nath Inter College, Sherpur Lohra, Baghpat. He has filed the instant petition seeking a mandamus commanding the respondents to grant prior permission as envisaged under Ch. III Regulation 101 of the Regulations framed under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921, to fill up two posts of class IV employees in the institution.
According to learned Counsel, a request for according approval was made to the authorities vide application dated 25.04.2019 and reminder dated 24.05.2019 but to no avail.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly states that the second respondent will take decision in the matter within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to take decision in respect of the prayer made by the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order alongwith photostat copy of application dated 24.5.2019. Soon thereafter, the third respondent shall pass consequential order.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
