Heard Shri P.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State- respondents.
Petitioners are before this Court with the request commanding the Regional Higher Education Officer Varanasi region Varanasi to accord permission to the petitioners to proceed with the selection process of two vacant post of class IV employees (Peon) in the institution in question.
Regarding their grievance petitioners have already moved detailed representation on 21.11.2017 before respondents and as such request has been made asking the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order.
Learned Standing Counsel has not opposed the said prayer.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of asking the Regional Higher Education Officer Varanasi (region Varanasi) i.e. third respondent to decide the representation dated 21.11.2017 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
