JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with proper reliefs.
Prayer made is allowed. Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
