This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.1.2019 passed by A.C.M.M.,IInd Kanpur Nagar in case No. 8375 of 2018( Julie Verma alias Princi Vs. Shailendra alias Shanu) P.s. Naubasta District Kanpur Nagar.
The submission is that application under section 156(3) Cr.P.c. of the applicant has been rejected by the Magistrate concerned on 11.1.2019 on technical grounds.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to file complaint before the competent court. The competent Court shall decide the same in accordance with law.
