Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.S. Maurya, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.586 of 2019, under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant who was apprehended riding a motorcycle carrying illicit liquor. That crime stands registered as Case Crime No.426 of 2019. During the course of investigation, it has been found that the registration plate of that motorcycle has been changed. However while co-relating the engine and chassis number, it was found that it corresponded to the theft report which formed subject matter of the instant FIR. The prayer so made is refused especially when no plausible explanation has been proffered.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
