JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection, complaining of the attitude of the party respondents in obstructing leveling of the land owned by him, for which he has got permission from appropriate authority. Ext.P3 is the complaint given by the petitioner before Police. In the complaint it is only stated that he requires police protection for leveling of the land as the same is obstructed by certain persons.
2. Learned Government Pleader would submit that Ext.P3 complaint was given on 13.09.2014 and thereafter some arrangement was made by the party respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has no cause of action to approach this Court for police protection.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual matters, we are of the view that no case for police protection is made out by the petitioner. If there is obstruction with regard to the WP(C) No. 34211 of 2014 -:2:-
enjoyment of the property, petitioner's remedy is to approach the Civil Court and police cannot interfere in the matter. Hence reserving such right of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
