JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application is filed for fixing the main matter being Special Civil Application No.13712 of 2011, which was admitted vide order dated 24.11.2011.
Taking into consideration the fact that many old matters are pending for final hearing, no priority can be granted to this matter. Hence, Civil Application is rejected.
