In view of the submission of learned counsel for both parties and the joint memo, the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.2987/2008 dated 01.03.2014 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil and Session Judge at Bangalore City and the impugned order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Misc.No.528/2014 on the file of the 19th Additional City Civil and Session Judge, Bangalore, are set aside.
