This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the rejection order dated 15.1.2019 passed by respondent no.2, The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. rejecting the claim of the petitioner under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Survahit Beema Yojna.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandmus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner in respect of accidental death of late Dhan Singh relating to claim under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Survahit Beema Yojana."
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that an application was filed by her before respondent No.3, District Magistrate, Rampur against the rejection of her claim by the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. under the scheme 'Mukhyamantri Kisan and Sarvhit Bima Yojna' but no action is being taken by the said authority.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before respondent No.3- District Magistrate, Rampur ventilating her grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures. In case, the petitioner approaches, the said authority shall look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
