The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by the Prescribed Authority/Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Kasganj and order dated 14.03.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Kasganj.
Against order passed in appeal under Section 15(2) of the U.P. (Regulation of Buildings Operations) Act, 1958, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing revision before the State Government against the order of the District Magistrate under Section 15-A of the Act. In case the petitioner prefers such a revision before the State Government within a period of two weeks, the same shall be decided by the revisional authority within a period of three months thereafter. Till then no demolition of the disputed property shall be carried out by the respondents.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
