Compliance affidavit filed today is taken on record.
It is stated by learned counsel for the opposite party that because of tense situation in the district Pilibhit, officer concerned could not appear before this Court in compliance of earlier order of this Court but the entire payment as was due to the applicant has been paid and order of Writ Court has stood complied with in its letter and spirit.
Learned counsel for the applicant admits that the order of Writ Court has been complied with and he has no further grievance in the matter.
Taking exceptional circumstances of the situation in district Pilibhit, requirements of the filing of the affidavit by the concerned officer and his personal appearance is condoned and dispensed with. Since order of Writ Court stood complied with, no further cause survives to continue this contempt application.
Accordingly, notices issued, if any, stand discharged and contempt application is consigned to record.
