Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Claims Tribunal has erred in awarding amount under various heads inadequately though the right leg of the appellant [original claimant] was amputated as per the medical certificate.

In addition to service of notice through court process, the learned advocate for the appellant is permitted to serve the notice by RPAD post on his own cost.
