It is reported by the learned Advocates for the parties that the parties have amicably settled the matter. The settlement arrived at the Mediation Centre is placed on record under the signature of the Coordinator, Organizing Committee, High Court Mediation Centre dated 12.04.2012. Learned Advocate for the parties present in the Court state that the matter is amicably settled and the party concerned has purchased the property and consideration amount is also paid.
In view of the aforesaid, the present Special Civil Application is disposed of. The parties have agreed to abide by the settlement arrived at the Mediation Centre. Notice is discharged. No costs.
