Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 decide the application dated 06.05.2019 of the petitioner, which is pending before the concern authority within stipulated time."
The application dated 06.05.2019 has been made to the District Magistrate, Etawah praying that a nali existing on plot no.1970 be converted into a pakki nali.
The application aforesaid has been decided as is clear from the copy annexed on page 19 of the paper book as Annexure 4.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is entirely misconceived and is dismissed.
