This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Cr.No.177/2019 of Chandra Layout Police Station, Bengaluru City for the offence P/U/S. 367, 370, 371, 376-2-1 of IPC and Sec.3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 of immoral traffic prevention act 1956, Sec.79, 81 of Juvenile Justice (care and protection of children Act, 2015 and Sec.3 of 3(A) of Child labour (prohibition and regulation) Act, 1956, and Sec.4, 5(L) 6 and 17 of protection of children from sexual offence act, 2012.
This Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the Trial Court for grant of regular bail. In that eventuality, the Trial Court is hereby directed to deal with the said bail petition as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary delay.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty as prayed.
