THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Learned Government Advocate to accept notice for the respondents and file memo of appearance in four weeks.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant petition assailing the tender notification dated 25.08.2012 as at Annexure-E to the petition.
3. A perusal of the same would indicate that the tender notification was floated by respondents No. 2 and 3 inviting tenders for providing manpower and house keeping services. Though the instant petition was filed on 01.10.2012, this Court did not interfere with the tender process except to direct notice to the respondents.
4. If that be the position, when the tender notification was floated as far back as on 25.08.2012 seeking supply of manpower for a period as indicated therein, the grievance as put forth in the instant petition does not survive for consideration at this point in time.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
