Pursuant to the order dated 29/12/2011, notice for settlement only was issued to the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Ld. Advocates representing both the sides request that the matter may be referred to the Mediation Center of our Court. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The instant matter is referred to Mediation Center of this Court. Both the parties to cooperate the Mediation Center and the registry to list this matter after the report of Mediation Center is received.
