As per Exhibits P10 and P11, the 5th respondent has been removed from the primary membership of the 9th respondent society. This writ petition was filed seeking a declaration that, the 5th respondent was not entitled to continue as an Administrator of the society or to contest an election to the Managing Committee of the 9th respondent society. Since the petitioner has already been removed from the membership of the society, no further reliefs are required to be granted in this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous in view of the facts mentioned above.

The words “9th respondent” occurring in line 6 of the judgment dated 24/06/2014 in W.P.(C) No.11927/2013 are corrected and substituted as “3rd respondent “ and the words “the petitioner'' occurring in line 7 of the judgment are corrected and substituted as “5th respondent”, vide order dated 07/07/2014 in I.A.8745/2014.
