1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent No. 4 to conclude the proceedings after confirmation of the demarcation dated 12.04.2021 in Case No. 06996 of 2020 regarding demarcation of boundary over No. 383 area 0.142 hectare recorded as Bhumidhari in the Khatauni of Village Bankat, Pragana Ghisua, Tahsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that by means of order dated 12.04.2021, the proceedings were concluded on the application moved by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Revenue Code but subsequently no demarcation on the ground as per the provisions contained in Rule 22 Sub-Clause 12 has taken place.
4. Accordingly, learned State counsel does not dispute the factual position.
5. In light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Sub-Divisional Officer concerned to proceed and demarcate the said plot as per the order dated 12.04.2021 within a maximum period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in case there is no legal impediment.
