The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Judge Small Cause Court, before whom SCC Suit No. 5/2012 is pending, to decide the same, within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the suit is at the stage of recording of the evidence of DW 3.
Having regard to the entire facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
