THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondents.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner is seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent – Tahsildar, Hosakote, Bangalore Rural District to consider the representation submitted on 13.01.2017 vide Annexure-A and to effect phodi and durast in respect of 15 guntas of land comprised in Sy.No.28 of Chikkagattiganabbe Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District and make entries in the revenue records by assigning sub-numbers to the same.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has secured instructions from respondent No.2. It is submitted by her that petitioner has indeed filed an application on 13.01.2017 as per Annexure-A and that the same would be considered in accordance with law and action would be taken within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. The Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District - 2nd respondent is directed to consider the request made by petitioner as per Annexure-A in accordance with law and take necessary action in that regard within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within three weeks from today.
