The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 277/2004, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 2004. Issues were framed in the suit long back on 13.9.2006, but since thereafter, no substantial progress has been made.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
