JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and 306 of I.P.C r/w 3(1)(r) and 3(i)(w)(ii) SC/ST Act 2015, have filed the present petition seeking for the above relief.
R.MAHADEVAN, J., jer 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Special Court for SC & ST (POA) Act Cases, Villupuram District, is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the bail application of the petitioners on the very same day purely on the basis of merits and pass suitable orders, in the event of the petitioners surrendering before the said court within 15 days from today and filing of petition seeking bail.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
