ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 04.01.2013 in E.A.No.268 of 2012 in E.A.No.897 of 2008 in E.P.No.78 of 2008 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Mr. T. Sujan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients have mistakenly filed the present civil revision petition instead of filing a civil miscellaneous appeal and that they may be permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file civil miscellaneous appeal.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a civil miscellaneous appeal, subject to its maintainability.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.Nos.6791 of 2013, 5117 of 2014 and 5939 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
