Admit.
Sri Nishant Srivastava, Advocate appeared for respondent no.1. Issue notices to respondent nos.2 & 3. The operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 30.10.2009 shall remain suspended subject to condition that the appellant deposits a sum of Rs. 75,000/- inclusive of statutory deposit before the Tribunal within a period of two months.
It shall be open for the claimant/respondent to withdraw the amount so deposited in terms of the Award, which shall be subject to further orders passed by this Court.
Let the Lower Court Record be summoned. Order Date :- 2.2.2010 psd
