The counter affidavit, the personal affidavit along with the exemption application filed today are taken on record.
The personal affidavit of Sri Shailendra Kumar, Sub-divisional Magistrate, Thakurwara, Moradabad has been filed stating that the obstacles in Tehbazari Collection have been removed and now no difficulty was there for the petitioner in collecting the Tehbazari.
The petitioner also states that there was now no difficulty in the collection of Tehbazari.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. However, in future if the the petitioner faces difficulty, he may approach this Court.
