It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an Impleadment Application which he had filed in the Revision which was filed against an order passed under section 198(4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 was not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, been made for expeditious disposal of the Impleadment Application dated 7.11.2016.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
It is, therefore, directed that the Impleadment Application filed by the petitioner on 7.11.2016 in Revision No.883 of 2016 (Computerized No.C-20160100883) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
