Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner contend that the cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The election has been ordered and the election process is under way. The petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
