Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the investigation of Crime No.558 of 2010 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. relating to Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Sitapur to some other investigating officer or to some other police station of different district. In this regard, petitioner has made representation to the Principal Secretary, Home, Government of Uttar Pradesh vide Annexure No.4 dated 27.5.2010.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, we dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, with a speaking and reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
