Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri R.C. Upadhyay for the Gaon Sabha.
Against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate in proceedings under Section 76(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by means of a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. This statutory alternative remedy has been availed by the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
