Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved because according to him, an order of status quo granted in a suit for partition is being violated by the respondents.
Against this order, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by by means of an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC, which statutory alternative remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
