An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the S.P., Hamirpur and the same is taken on record.
Heard Sri Ajai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Irshad Husain, learned brief holder for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
It appears from the counter-affidavit filed by S.P., Hamirpur that the petitioner has taken some money for providing job and enquiry was conducted by the Circle Officer also to which counsel for the petitioner states that there is no F.I.R. registered till date for any such offence.
In view of the same, let the matter be consigned to record.
