Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioner today is taken on record.
Heard Sri Neeraj Tiwari holding brief of Sri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed to decide the objection of the petitioner in original Suit No. 1116 of 2013.
On perusal of the record, I find that in-fact written statement that has been filed but the same has been referred to as objection.
In such view of the matter, the petition for the prayer to decide the objection is misconceived.
