After we have shown our disinclination to stay the investigation proceeding and conveyed that this writ petition can not be entertained in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of State of Telangana Vs. Habib Abdullah Jeelani, (2017) 2 SCC, 779, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reasons may not be recorded by this Court, which may come in way of petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after seeking instructions from his client submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the court for alternative remedy as available under Cr.P.C.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. are present.
