The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 698/2016, within a time stipulated by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason to direct proceedings of the instant suit, being concluded within a specified time, giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same Court. However, it is left open to the petitioner to make such request for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the trial Court itself.
The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
