JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner had purchased a vehicle from the additional 3rd respondent and had sought for transfer of permit, which was valid with respect to that stage carriage having registration No.KL-9 N 9499. The predecessor-in- interest of the additional 3rd respondent had filed an objection and hence, the transfer application filed by the petitioner stood adjourned by Ext.P1. Subsequently, the predecessor-in-interest of the additional 3rd respondent is said to have filed a statement before the registering authority stating that he has no subsisting objection since the dispute with the additional 3rd respondent has been settled, amicably. The learned Government Pleader also submits that the transfer WP(C).4977/14 2 application will be placed in the next RTA meeting. The writ petition is disposed of, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader.
