Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel states that the claim of the petitioners for grant of promotion to the post of Head Constable (Civil Police) shall be duly evaluated and disposed of by the third respondent in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioners, this petition is disposed of in light of the statement which is noted above.
