Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents prays for further time to obtain instructions, as mentioned in the order dated 29th February, 2012, and the earlier orders passed by the Court in the present case.
Further, the learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing Supplementary Counter Affidavit in reply to the Stay Application explaining as to how the figures in regard to the average pay, final pay and admissible pension, were computed earlier, and as to how rectified respective figures in respect of the said items, have been computed on the basis of which, the pension of the petitioner has been reduced.
The Supplementary Counter Affidavit will give the details of the breakup of the salary for the entire relevant period on the basis of which admissible pension has been computed, and will also give the details of computation done, while rectifying the alleged mistake, as mentioned above.
