Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the outstanding loan amount as on date on easy installments and for that he is ready to approach the respondent bank.
Sandeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent bank by way of filing written representation, the same will be considered and easy installments will be fixed in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.
On the basis of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
