Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha as also learned counsel for the State- respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"1.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation / complaint dated 11.09.2019 and take strict action against the respondent no.4 and other at the level and secure the encroachment during the pendency of the petition."
From the submissions made, it transpires that the petitioner is aggrieved on account of violation of an order of status-quo and or stay, passed in a partition suit by the respondent no.4.
Under the cricumstances, the remedy available to the petitioner is by means of an application under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C., which the petitioner may invoke, in case so advised, for redressal of his grievance.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
