Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashish Mishra who appears for the respondents and the learned Standing Counsel.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for the petitioner being permitted to peruse his OMR sheet.
Since adequate remedies in this respect are available to be pursued under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005, the Court finds no ground to entertain this petition which shall stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take such further steps as may be chosen and advised.
