Having considered all facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jaunpur to consider and decide the representation, if any, submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the law within a period of eight weeks from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
