CRIMINAL MISC (SHORT TERM BAIL/PAROLE) APPLICATION NO. 31 OF 2019 Heard Mr Sushil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
This is an application for short term bail/Parole moved on behalf of appellant/applicant Ajaiveer son of Bhupal Singh Yadav, who stands convicted for an offence under Section 302 IPC and was directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life for a period of one month on account of marriage ceremony of his daughter namely Pooja, which is scheduled to be held on 24.6.2019.
Perusal of the order sheets would disclose that the first bail application of appellant/applicant Ajaiveer was heard and rejected vide order dated 20.7.2012 and the second bail application of appellant/applicant Ajaiveer has also been rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.1.2018, hence we do not find any ground to release the appellant/applicant on short term bail as he is a life convict.
The short term bail/parole application is rejected.
