The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, Prem Pal, Mahesh, Veer Pal, Jogendra, Bhoore, Kalicharan and Suraj Pal, in Case Crime No.201 of 2019, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 452, 504, 323, 354, 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Bahjoi, District- Sambhal.
It has been submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted against the applicants on 11.8.2019. Nothing has been stated as to what happened before the court after submission of charge- sheet and cognizance thereon.
In view of paragraph-45 of the judgement of this Court dated 5.4.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No.2110 of 2021 (Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and another), this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
It is accordingly rejected.
